What started as an assignment for a class quickly turned into my new found respect for sushi chefs. Obviously, the finger-work for making sushi in itself seems like a complicated task, but the real challenge seems to be layering the right mix of flavors together into one cohesive, not boring bite. Plus, where do you even buy sushi grade fish in Las Vegas anyways? This one did not disappoint and could easily stand alone on a sushi menu among all the other rolls.
